{"id":16876,"date":"2018-12-31T14:15:48","date_gmt":"2018-12-31T14:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ceo-na.com\/?p=16876"},"modified":"2019-01-07T16:47:39","modified_gmt":"2019-01-07T16:47:39","slug":"coca-cola-dominates-consumer-reach-worldwide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/servidor-mxigen1.com\/ceona-antiguo\/business\/industry\/coca-cola-dominates-consumer-reach-worldwide\/","title":{"rendered":"The world&#8217;s most chosen consumer brand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Coca-Cola became the most sought-after brand in the world for 6th year straight.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>No matter where you go in the world, you are bound to find a Coca-Cola product.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kantarworldpanel.com\/global\/news\/Brand-footprint-2018-most-chosen-brands#downloadThankyou\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;Kantar Worldpanel&#8217;s Brand Footprint 2018&#8217;<\/a>, Coca-Cola is the world&#8217;s most chosen consumer brand for the sixth year running, picked from the shelves 5.8bn times in a year.<\/p>\n<p>Details from the study also show Colgate and Maggi both achieve podium positions; Colgate is the only brand chosen by more than half of the global population\u2014with 62% penetration globally; Maggi, on the other hand, is the fastest-growing Top 50 brand with a global presence and 14% growth in Consumer Reach Points (CRPs).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Like Coca-Cola, local brands grow among consumer preferences<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Data from the index also proved local brands grew notably during 2017, taking 64.6% of all brand spend, versus global brands&#8217;
