Demand for it in the boardroom has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceo-na.com\/business\/management-leadership\/just-checking-the-box-wont-result-in-true-board-diversity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grown exponentially louder in recent years,<\/a> but there\u2019s still much to be done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Under this ideal, and considering the importance of ending sexual harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/lists\/best-employers-diversity\/#5bcd12de6468\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statista and Forbes worked together<\/a> to\u00a0compile a list of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/page\/forbes-diversity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">America&#8217;s best employers for diversity.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[ihc-hide-content ihc_mb_type=&#8221;show&#8221; ihc_mb_who=&#8221;3,4,5,6&#8243; ihc_mb_template=&#8221;3&#8243; ]<\/p>\n<p>After\u00a0surveying 50,000 employees across the U.S. and examining\u00a0the diversity of top executive teams and boards, both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/chart\/12659\/americas-best-employers-for-diversity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statista and Forbes determined<\/a> the\u00a0companies that best proactively communicate and practice diversity.
