The World Health Organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ceo-na.com\/business\/industry\/who-declares-the-coronavirus-outbreak-a-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">classified the coronavirus as a pandemic on March 11<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On the Canadian side, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that the country would close its borders to anyone who is not a citizen, permanent resident, or US citizen as the coronavirus pandemic worsens.
