{"id":26467,"date":"2020-05-28T12:10:26","date_gmt":"2020-05-28T12:10:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceo-na.com\/?p=26467"},"modified":"2020-05-28T17:24:03","modified_gmt":"2020-05-28T17:24:03","slug":"cdc-reveals-guidance-to-reopen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/servidor-mxigen1.com\/ceona-antiguo\/business\/innovation-business\/cdc-reveals-guidance-to-reopen\/","title":{"rendered":"CDCs guidelines for reopening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CDC\u00a0has quietly released detailed guidance for reopening America.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released a 60-page document for reopening schools, mass transit and nonessential businesses that had been shut down in an attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>This document, dated only as May and posted on the website without a formal announcement, comes after some states announced they would lift stay-at-home orders and begin reopening parts of their economies.\u00a0It outlines a \u201cthree-phased approach\u201d for reducing social distancing and proposes the use of six \u201cgating\u201d indicators to assess when to move through another phase.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhile some communities will progress sequentially through the reopening phases, there is the possibility of recrudescence in some areas,\u201d<strong> the CDC wrote in its guidance.<\/strong> \u201cGiven the potential for a rebound in the number of cases or level of community transmission, a low threshold for reinstating more stringent mitigation standards will be essential.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1>Schools and kindergartens<\/h1>\n<p><strong>The guidelines state that: &#8220;Schools can determine, in collaboration with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/publichealthgateway\/healthdirectories\/index.html\" data-analytics-module=\"body_link\" data-analytics-post-depth=\"40\">state and local health officials<\/a>\u00a0to the extent possible<\/strong>, whether and how to implement these considerations while adjusting to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local community,&#8221;
