It has regained more than half, but the number of jobs is still more than 8 million down from February 2020,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/news.release\/empsit.nr0.htm\">the U.S. Labor Department said<\/a>.<\/p><p>On Friday, President Joe Biden urged vigilance when it comes to taking precautions against coronavirus. He said that millions have not yet been vaccinated and that many parts of the economy hit by closures remain weak.<\/p><p>\u201cI plead with you, don\u2019t give back the progress we\u2019ve all fought so hard to achieve,\u201d Mr Biden said. \u201cWe need to finish this job.
